The New Hope Outreach Center began as a non-profit agency in 2022 to provide an effective, multi-agency approach to combat homelessness in Jefferson County, Missouri. This rehabilitation method will offer safe temporary housing, community supportive services, and a biblical foundation with the intent to provide improved quality of life to the formerly homeless and empower them to live independent lives.

Casey Kindt, Executive Director, says, “New Hope Outreach Center is a place for homeless individuals to find not only shelter, but a way out of the cycle that this life has produced.” Casey and her team strive to ensure that even the rural counties have a way to show the love and hope of Jesus to the broken and hurting within our communities.

NHOC has partnered with Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Jefferson Franklin Community Action, Axios Counseling and Comtrea to provide multi-agency support in this mission. They are funded through a variety of sources including community support, local funding, grants and donations.

Monetary donations can be made via Reach Missouri Network or New Hope Outreach Center.
